Daniel’s Real estate expertise opened a new door for me. I am retired and was looking for an investment opportunity… a reasonably priced home, that I could upgrade and flip. Daniel was engaging and very patient while he showed me a variety of homes. I had a number of parameters to fulfill and he hit it out of the park! My first experience with him was so rewarding, that I am looking for another investment opportunity. His finance background and ability to find affordable loans has been nothing short of amazing. It is obvious that he really works for and really cares about his clients needs. 👍 I am looking forward to my next purchase with Daniel.

TLDR: There are some bad agents out there. There are a lot of mediocre agents out there. Dan is excellent. Choosing the wrong agent can absolutely hurt you. Dan is a 7 foot tall angel who will help you and not hurt you.
Over the course of our 17 year marriage my husband and I have bought and sold 6 properties with agent experiences ranging from utter incompetence to mediocrity to I guess their handful of pictures and low-effort marketing was sort of worth the thousands of dollars we paid them in commission.
As buyers, we once had the selling agent divulge personal information about the sellers that allowed us to confidently offer them far less than we would have if that information had not been shared. Our offer was accepted. Great for us—not so great for the sellers.
As sellers, we experienced an agent so out of touch with the market that their suggested listing price on our property was 70k less than what it should have been. They said, “I am confident I can quickly sell at this price.” Yikes. Of course you could, you’d be slapping a clearance sticker on it.
Choosing the wrong agent can hurt you.
Whether you are buying or selling, who you choose as your agent is incredibly important. Who you choose as your agent impacts everything from your wallet to your emotional well-being.
Who you choose as an agent should add value beyond their ability to list a property on the mls or chaperone you to potential homes you’d like to buy.
Dan adds value, and he is the first agent we have truly been impressed by.
Without being asked, Dan gathered and shared a ton of critical information and resources that helped us analyze and narrow our search. He connected and introduced us to people that could answer certain questions more thoroughly and in depth than he could. He is smart, thoughtful, thorough, responsive, trustworthy, and well-connected.
In addition to being an excellent communicator, he listens to understand what is important to you on a level above and beyond needing a 3 bedroom 2 bath with a fenced-in yard.
Dan is more than a competent real estate agent who understands the market, fills out paperwork accurately, and knows how to effectively negotiate and close a deal.
Dan was instrumental in helping my family make one of the most important decisions of our lives.
Dan is the first and only agent we trust.
Forever grateful.

If you want an agent who will make you an absolute priority, you want to work with Daniel. I called him to get information about buying a home and potentially working with him. After getting my wants and needs, he quickly got to work. Within hours, he already had a slew of properties for me to review. I picked a few, and scheduled a day to look at all of them, including one I thought would be “the one”. With every home we looked at, Daniel provided insight to the property and what I could foresee as a homeowner. He guided me along every step of the way. It took me working with Daniel all of seven days before we found the perfect house for me! Driven and efficient, I highly recommend Daniel and would look forward to working with him again!
